Training our talents

A company can be only as good as the people in it.

We have various training programs, such as the introduction courses for the new recruits, self-improvement courses, and specialized courses for different paygrades or responsibilities, capability enhancement courses, and organizational skill course, all of which we have developed and systemized in order to improve the human capital of the company.

Through the recruit training, we help them adapt to the organization by endowing them with the team work adaptation training, business manner education, and communication skill training, etc. Also, we provide them with the customized training programs in accordance with the characteristics of the department they would be working in, as a part of our job-skill training.

We provide the leadership and manager-level training to ensure enhanced organizational capabilities and enhancement of the performance, along with customized training programs for different paygrade levels and individuals in order to help them with a shift of their thinking and life, in addition to continued motivation, utilizing external experts.

Concept of the HR Management System
